Job Title: Digital Content Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Strategist with strong expertise in consulting, designing, developing, and delivering digital content-based projects along with cloud knowledge. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end content management, support, and enhancement with strong technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop solutions leveraging content management systems, security models, taxonomy, search, user interface, and workflow.
  • Work extensively on content and collaboration for medium to large-scale implementations.
  • Develop content-based prototypes/POCs to demonstrate capabilities in document management, collaboration, business process management, and records management.
  • Build and integrate components with document management systems.
  • Implement and maintain RESTful web services and APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time using Agile methodologies.
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support for content solutions.
  • Work on deployment, configuration, and tuning using relevant middleware.
  • Contribute to database integration and optimization (relational databases).
  • Ensure proper documentation, version control, and CI/CD using tools like Git, Maven, and Jenkins.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Strong expertise in content management systems development.
  • Experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Web Services, REST APIs.
  • Hands-on knowledge of cloud services.
  • Experience with relational databases.
  • Good understanding of SOLR and content system implementation.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with tools and platforms: Maven, Jenkins, Git, UNIX, JIRA.
  • OS exposure: Windows and Linux.
  • Working knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong consulting and client interaction experience.
  • Experience in delivering end-to-end content ECM projects in enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and governance in content systems.
