Job Title:

A high-performing Digital Content Manager is sought after to lead our social media presence.

The successful candidate will develop and implement engaging content strategies, manage social media accounts, optimize posts, and drive audience engagement. They will also monitor metrics and provide insightful reports to inform future strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital content plans across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Conceive, curate, and publish captivating content (text, image, video, stories) that resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brief, review, and approve creative assets.
  • Provide expert guidance to design and audio teams on adapting content for diverse social media channels.
  • Work closely with Partner Success Managers and Creative & Strategy Directors to craft agency briefs and strategies in response to client requests.
  • Maintain a robust online presence for our clients by cultivating a positive community atmosphere.
  • Monitor sentiment, gather feedback, and report on trends to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
  • Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, etc.) and deliver regular performance reports.

  • Exhibits exceptional written and verbal communication skills (strong copywriting abilities are essential).
  • Demonstrates an eye for detail and excellent design sense.
  • Self-motivated, organized, accountable, and effective communicator with a proven ability to work under tight deadlines.
