Technical Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Account Manager to join our Exxat Systems Pvt Ltd team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth adoption of our products and services by educating new customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with other teams to understand customer requirements.
The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Educate new customers on our products and services
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support
- Document onboarding steps for future reference
- Coordinate with other teams to understand customer requirements and track progress
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 5 years of experience in product training, customer service/support, sales, and customer onboarding. You must also have strong communication skills, English proficiency, and the ability to adapt/respond efficiently and professionally to different types of stakeholders.
