Job Title: Customer Service and Order Fulfillment Specialist
About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely execution of the Order To Cash process for personally assigned customers using SAP. This involves customer orders, order acceptance, order entry, order confirmation, and order follow-up, including documentation and communication related to the OTC process.
The ideal candidate will proactively reach out to customers to follow up on contract fulfillments, handle documentation for different payment conditions via a specific bank system, and communicate professionally with customers about requests not met as well as upcoming deviations from what has been agreed.
In this role, you will input and follow up on complaints, keep customers informed about progress, maintain and improve relationships with customers, and be the first point of contact for assigned customers while coordinating the internal network of Performance Formulations functions/departments.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and register contractual sales volumes and additional order-related costs on customer level.
- Coordinate sample deliveries and oversee overdue monitoring and follow-up under guidance of Sales/Credit control.
- Responsible for checking product availability and coordination with transport & logistics team.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need 8-10 years of experience in a customer service position of a manufacturing company, with hands-on experience in SAP and thorough knowledge of Excel and Access tools. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is also required.
