Job Overview

The Operations E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing distribution operations, ensuring accurate order processing, maintaining delivery KPIs, and addressing escalations and discrepancies. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify incoming orders for accuracy and completeness, ensuring timely processing.
  • Monitor order status from entry to delivery, resolving GRN discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to streamline order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain high responsiveness to customer inquiries and resolve quality concerns effectively.
  • Accurately record orders, invoices, and related documents.
  • Analyze order processing performance, sharing insights with management to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with channel partners for RTV and operational alignments.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in order processing, e-commerce operations, or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and order tracking tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Effective communication and concise email writing.

Estimated Salary: ₹4,50,000 - ₹6,00,000 per annum, based on location and experience. For talented professionals, this compensation reflects the company's commitment to rewarding top performers.
