About the RoleThis role involves:
- Developing and overseeing platform-specific operations to drive traffic and conversions;
- Driving business growth through strategic plans for each marketplace (Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce);
- Managing all listing, campaign, and content management activities to maximize product visibility;
- Oversight of account health and marketplace compliance, including seller ratings and feedback;
- Utilizing SEO, PPC, and digital marketing tactics to boost traffic and conversion rates;
- Identification and implementation of targeted promotional strategies;
- Data analysis to refine strategies and meet or exceed KPIs;
- Planning, execution, and management of paid advertising campaigns.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing e-commerce strategies to drive business growth;
- Overseeing e-commerce platform operations and performance;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;
- Analyzing data to inform strategic decisions;
- Implementing promotional strategies to increase sales and revenue.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce strategy and operations;
- Proven track record of driving business growth through e-commerce;
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
