We are looking for a Lead Sales professional who can work in a fast-paced start-up environment, managing sales funnels, lead conversion, and key account management. The ideal candidate will have a track record of hitting sales targets consistently and building relationships both internally and externally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, generating new leads, and managing existing accounts on a regular basis. They will also work with internal and external partners to address issues and concerns and continually look for ways to improve processes and systems.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop strategy and long-term planning for the eCommerce sales team. You will be expected to perform daily and monthly reporting of sales funnels and create new channels for generating new leads to convert.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary package to attract top talent. Based on industry standards, we estimate the salary for this role to be around ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Generating leads, meeting prospects daily, managing sales funnel, and lead conversion to active clients
  • Onboarding clients on the platform and performing key account management
  • Acquiring new clients, generating new leads, and managing existing accounts on a regular basis
  • Working with internal and external partners to address issues and concerns and continually looking for ways to improve processes and systems
  • Developing strategy and long-term planning for the eCommerce sales team
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in e-commerce platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships both internally and externally
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment

  • Age should be under 40 years
  • Willingness to travel
