Order Fulfillment Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team at Nouryon. As an Order Fulfillment Expert, you will be responsible for executing the 'Order To Cash' process with precision and efficiency.

About the Job:

  • You will be handling customer orders, including inter-company stock transfer orders, order acceptance, order entry, order confirmation, and follow-up, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Proactive communication with customers to follow up on contract fulfillments and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Invoicing customers accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely, complete, and correct sales invoices, including credit-debit notes, rebates, commissions, return to works, etc.
  • Handling documentation for different payment conditions via a specific bank system and understanding of Bank Guarantees and Letter of Credit.
  • Maintaining professional communication with customers regarding requests not met as well as upcoming deviations from agreed terms.
  • Inputting and following up on complaints, keeping customers informed about progress.
  • Maintaining, improving, and building relationships with customers, serving as their first point of contact while coordinating with internal departments.
  • Handling other customer requests, product information, questionnaires, and documents, as well as catching business-related information from customers and forwarding it to Account Managers/Sales Managers.
  • Supporting sales functions by tracking customer demand and reporting changes in plan back to sales teams.
  • Responsible for customer master data in the portfolio and ensuring compliance with customs regulations, documentation, etc.
  • Monitoring, registering, and informing on contractual sales volumes and additional order-related costs on a customer level.
  • Focusing on continuous improvement by implementing and/or optimizing work processes, techniques, and systems, sharing knowledge (best practices), and contributing to standardization in work processes to support harmonization and proper usage of systems.
  • Coordinating sample deliveries and monitoring overdue payments under guidance of Sales/Credit Control.
  • Ensuring product availability and coordinating with transport & logistics teams.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Graduate in Commerce with 8-10 years of experience in a Customer Service position in a manufacturing company.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP and proficiency in Excel and Access tools.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
