Sun Chemical Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Asia. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth order processing and accurate order status reporting for our customers in the region.

About the Position

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual with strong communication skills and attention to detail to work closely with our front-office customer service team to provide exceptional support and service to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. End-to-end Order Management:
  • Perform Purchase, Sales, and Delivery Order Management tasks promptly.
  • Accurately process customers' orders and ensure timely entry of orders into the system.
  • Support Credit Management, Billing, and Accounts Receivable follow-up.
  • Monitor progress of each order through to completion.
  • Manage Master Data maintenance process to ensure effective order management.
  • Coordinate and process all export/import activities and documents, liaise with all involved third parties (service providers, suppliers, bank, etc.), verify document content consistency, and send the complete set of shipping documents to customers.
  • Prepare and distribute clean and complete shipping documents to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve daily order processing issues.
  • Ensure internal workflow adherence in order management.
  • Communicate any delays or issues with orders to the front-facing customer service team.
  1. Order Status Reporting:
  • Provide order status report and monitor customers' order placement against sales forecast.
  • Prepare and update order status report.
  • Prepare and update inventory reservation report.
  • Prepare and record air-freight order reporting.
  • Prepare and update service performance report according to defined KPI.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a minimum Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a customer service or order processing role, preferably in a service centre setting. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of products/services of relevant business segments, service excellence competencies, and experience in SAP (S&D module) and order to cash processes. Fluency in English is essential, as well as strong attention to detail and good knowledge of business processes.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
