Sales Operations Role

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager responsible for day-to-day sales operations in the commercial real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the commercial sector.

Responsibilities

  • Cold calling to engage with clients and close deals
  • Fixing up meetings with potential clients
  • Negotiation and closure of deals
  • Following up with clients after they have finalized on a property
  • Sharing property-related proposals over email

Key Qualifications

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
