Sales Operations Role
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager responsible for day-to-day sales operations in the commercial real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the commercial sector.
Responsibilities
- Cold calling to engage with clients and close deals
- Fixing up meetings with potential clients
- Negotiation and closure of deals
- Following up with clients after they have finalized on a property
- Sharing property-related proposals over email
Key Qualifications
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
