Head of Business Growth

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive with a proven track record in driving business growth in the IT services sector. As a key member of our dynamic team at IGT Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients in the Gurgaon region.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing deep understanding of client needs and presenting tailored IT services and staff augmentation solutions. You will also be responsible for devising and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and leading the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
In addition, you will be required to stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, analyze market demands, and contribute insights to refine service offerings. Your excellent communication and presentation skills will enable you to work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
With a strong understanding of the IT services landscape and emerging technologies, you will collaborate with technical teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions. You will also lead negotiations to secure contracts and agreements that are mutually beneficial and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field, along with 12+ years of experience in business development for IT services and staff augmentation. A proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, coupled with strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset, will be essential for this position.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around ₹25-40 lakhs per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
