About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Solutions Specialist to join our team at Elite Consultants.

This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop comprehensive solutions to drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop business cases for new projects
  • Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to facilitate effective communication
Data Analysis and Insights
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making
Stakeholder Communication and Project Management
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements
  • Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various stakeholders
  • Assist in project planning, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
