Strategic Business Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Expansion Specialist to join our team at SWASTIK PLACEMENT AGENCY.
Key Responsibilities- KRA Identification: Identify key result areas (KRAs) and develop strategies to achieve them.
- New Business Development: Develop new business opportunities, build relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, partners, and vendors.
- Partnership Evaluation: Evaluate existing partnerships and sales efforts to identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage key client relationships and work to build new ones.
- Target Achievement: Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets are met.
- Brand Expansion: Expand the profile and reach of the company and its brands.
- Sales and Marketing Leadership: Lead sales, marketing, customer-service, and client relationship management teams.
- Internal and External Relationship Building: Develop and strengthen internal and external relationships to drive lead generation and market share growth.
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Build cross-functional teams to guide sustainable, long-term growth.
- Trend Tracking: Track emerging markets and trends.
- Entrepreneurial Culture Fostering: Foster an entrepreneurial growth culture throughout the company.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams.
