Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Expansion Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for collaborating with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategic business plans, attending meetings and providing technical expertise to drive growth.
  • Proposal Management: Oversee the entire proposal lifecycle, from scope finalization to solution review, commercial evaluation, and submission.
  • Client Interaction & Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Technical & Cost Evaluation: Respond to client requests for information and proposal requests, presenting detailed costings and ensuring profitability.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in requirement scoping, functional analysis, technology solution design, effort estimation, proposal preparation, client presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in a presales role, guiding innovations in solutions, identifying win themes, and creating value propositions for various engagement models.
  • Hands-on experience in solutioning, design & estimation, sizing, and proposal writing.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, business units, and partners for complex opportunities.
  • Process-oriented with adherence to reporting and approval requirements.
  • Significant exposure to various technology stacks, including Digital UX, Mobility, IoT, eCommerce, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
  • Strong experience in presales activities, wireframing, ballpark estimations.
  • Good knowledge of relevant technologies and resource planning.
