Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Holiday Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Tratoli's innovative travel solutions to potential clients and partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Manage sales operations for inbound and outbound holidays, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to deliver high-quality service.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international holiday packages.
  • Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
