Travel Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Provide exceptional customer service at the counter, ensuring a warm welcome and a memorable experience for our valued guests.
- Itinerary Creation: Craft personalized itineraries that meet the unique needs and preferences of our guests, showcasing the best of our international and domestic destinations.
- Package Customization: Offer expert guidance and recommendations to clients, helping them choose the perfect customized holiday packages that suit their tastes and budgets.
- Lead Generation: Meet with clients to generate leads and queries, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs to deliver exceptional service.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our product and operations teams to ensure seamless services, guaranteeing a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients.
- Sales and Follow-up: Finalize sales for packages, deliver tour information, and provide timely responses to client queries, ensuring excellent follow-up and after-sales support.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Efficiently manage day-to-day operations, including follow-up on enquiries, bookings, confirmations, payments, vouchers, and post-holiday feedback, to maintain exceptional service standards.
Preferred Skills:
- Must have strong experience in international and domestic destinations.
- Up to 2+ years of experience in the tourism industry.
