Role and Responsibilities

Riya Travel is seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our team in the US market.

  • Responsible for calling US agents to promote Riya Travel's products and services.
  • Excellent product knowledge of outbound destinations for selling and handling agent queries and bookings.
  • Provide on-tour assistance to clients, with a focus on events and conferences, and cater to their requirements during advance travel and on-ground management of groups.
  • Sell travel products and tour packages, including FIT, GIT, Adhoc, and Series, in relation to leisure and holidays.
  • Sources products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel and sustainable tourism.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements to customize itineraries for given destinations.
  • Respond to inbound/outbound customer sales inquiries and provide quotations, product/service information, support, and pricing details.

Preferred Skills:

  • Must have strong experience in International and Domestic destinations.
  • Must have experience in Leisure, Corporate, and MICE Sales.
  • Team handling experience is an added advantage.
  • Up to 5+ years of experience.
