Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Sales Professional to join our team at Riya Travel. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in International & Domestic destinations and be able to efficiently handle day to day operations and follow up for enquiries, bookings / confirmations, payments, vouchers, post - holiday feedback, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attending the guest at counter.
  • Preparing the itineraries as per guest needs.
  • Assisting and guiding the client with the suitable customized holiday packages.
  • Meeting the client to generate the leads and queries.
  • Coordinating with the product and operations team for the smooth services.
  • Finalized sales for packages, delivering tour information and answering the queries of the clients.

Preferred Skills:

  • Must carry strong experience in International & Domestic destinations.
  • Exp upto 2+ years.
