Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives in achieving primary and secondary targets for the designated areas. This involves ensuring that all sales targets are met, while also fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, retailers, and influencers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Target Achievement: The successful candidate will be expected to ensure the achievement of primary and secondary targets for the designated areas, through effective leadership and strategy.
  • Team Leadership: The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of SEs/SOs (Sales Executives) to drive sales in the designated area, providing guidance, support, and resources as needed.
  • Relationship Management: The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, retailers, and influencers, working closely with their team to build and maintain these relationships.
  • Market Visits: The Sales Team Lead will be required to conduct regular market visits to guide frontline sales teams and maintain connections with stakeholders.
  • People Management: The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for reviewing, training, coaching, and mentoring frontline sales teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Feedback and Grievance Redressal: The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for receiving and addressing feedback and grievances from major stakeholders, including dealers, retailers, and influencers.
