Public Sector Business Growth Strategist

V Group Inc. is a multinational IT services company with various business units, including Public Sector Consulting. We strive to enhance our corporate knowledge of Public Sector clients' needs and offer services that maximize their investment.
Our Public Sector – Consulting vertical has a need for a skilled Business Development Manager who can provide sales expertise and uncover new business opportunities in the Public Sector, focusing on Federal, State, and Local Government clients. This role involves navigating complex sales processes, selling to leaders in designated territories, and understanding contract procurement of Public Sector clients.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with 5+ years of IT consulting business development experience, previous experience working in the Public Sector environment, and prior experience working in a management function within the IT industry or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have excellent strategic thinking skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, superb problem-solving skills, and strong time-management skills.
This role offers an estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, and provides benefits such as exposure to US work culture, health and accident insurance, paid leaves and sick leaves, education sponsorship, gym membership, and EPF, gratuity. US Visa holders will be given preference, and the role requires occasional travel to government meet-ups and industry trade shows.
