Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Unacademy. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to take their career to the next level and contribute to the growth of our organization.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, with experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones, with a strong ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and target markets, generating leads through various channels such as online research, networking, and cold calling.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and requirements and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations to clients.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, analyzing market data to identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve collective goals, providing feedback to the product development team based on client insights.
Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience of minimum 1 year as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the company's products/services and industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
