About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Unacademy, India's largest learning platform. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pipeline Management: Identify and research potential clients and target markets, generating leads through various channels such as online research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, analyzing market data to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of sales principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
