Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Jobbo, responsible for driving business growth in the Instrumentation manufacturing sector for Oil and Gas clients.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in sales and be proficient in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of their targeted sales, making regular visits to customer sites, and establishing and maintaining customer relationships to drive profitable sales.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, demonstrations, and presentations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for gathering and analysing market data, identifying new market opportunities, and assisting in the proposal process from inquiry to final submission.

A key aspect of this role is achieving set sales targets, which will require proactive and responsive interaction with customers. The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for updating CRM systems and tracking ongoing opportunities and funnels.

Key Responsibilities

Salary
