Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Commission Manager to join our team at Hitachi Digital. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the global sales commission function and drive business growth.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for designing rules in the Xactly tool to automate sales commission calculations in accordance with the latest incentive plan documentation. You will also create DocuSign documents in Xactly to release and track acceptance of compensation target letters to sales employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the global sales commission function for Hitachi Digital
  • Design rules in the Xactly tool to automate sales commission calculations
  • Create DocuSign documents in Xactly to release and track acceptance of compensation target letters
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve quality of data sources used for sales commission calculations
  • Assist sales operations with annual planning and quota setting
  • Prepare quarterly and annual reports that analyze sales performance and incentive plan effectiveness
  • Build and maintain BCP plans
  • Support SOX requirements
  • Generate and maintain detailed documentation of policies and procedures
  • Maintain good working relationships with the Xactly team

  • Ability and willingness to enhance technical skills for the Xactly tool in order to manage implementation of new incentive plans and troubleshooting internally

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in sales compensation administration
  • Proficiency using a sales compensation management system
  • Experience in supporting a global sales team
  • Prior technical experience with the Xactly tool is a plus

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
