We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Lead to drive our market expansion and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing Effective Sales Strategies: Design and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share.
  • Cross-Channel Marketing Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and email channels to promote LYFnGO's offerings.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences, informing product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product development team to gather customer feedback and insights for continuous improvement of LYFnGO's offerings.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and customer feedback for senior management.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, coupled with 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the technology or healthcare sector.

A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth, along with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

An estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
