Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a candidate with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Sales Process Automation (SPA) within SaaS companies. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of optimizing HubSpot CRM to drive sales efficiency, streamline workflows, and deliver measurable revenue growth.

The successful candidate will have deep technical expertise in HubSpot's ecosystem, including pipelines, workflows, sequences, custom properties, and reporting. Strong analytical skills, with a focus on actionable insights and data accuracy, are essential for this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing sales workflows, pipelines, and dashboards in HubSpot CRM to maximize sales productivity.
  • Customizing HubSpot CRM tools to align with business objectives, sales strategies, and team requirements.
  • Troubleshooting HubSpot issues and managing regular updates to ensure a seamless CRM experience.
  • Building and maintaining automated workflows to improve lead management, deal tracking, and pipeline health.
  • Automating routine sales tasks such as follow-ups, email sequences, and data entry to reduce manual effort.
  • Implementing advanced lead scoring mechanisms to prioritize high-value opportunities.
  • Identifying bottlenecks in the sales process and deploying HubSpot-based solutions to address them.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to test, refine, and roll out new automation processes.
  • Developing strategies to enhance conversion rates through automation and efficient CRM use.
  • Ensuring data hygiene in HubSpot through consistent audits, deduplication, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Providing actionable insights by building custom reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as win rates, deal velocity, and pipeline coverage.
  • Presenting data-driven recommendations to leadership to improve sales forecasting and decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience managing HubSpot CRM and implementing Sales Process Automation (SPA) in SaaS companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and scale sales workflows that directly impact revenue.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results in sales process improvements, pipeline optimization, and CRM adoption.
  • Deep technical expertise in HubSpot, including pipelines, workflows, sequences, custom properties, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on actionable insights and data accuracy.
  • Practical understanding of SaaS sales cycles and buyer journeys.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment and team training.
