Job Description:

This role is responsible for reviewing and approving financial models, developing deal cost models, and evaluating commercial viability. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of numbers, commercial proposals, and be able to work across multiple teams.

Responsibilities
  • Review P&L models prepared by Sales/Delivery teams and provide feedback before approving Proposals, SOWs, and Vendor Agreements.
  • Develop deal cost models and assess the financial and commercial viability of new/renewal business opportunities.
  • Support Bid Management Team in responding to RFIs/RFPS and Commercial contract schedules.
  • Assist in negotiations with clients and determine the financial implications of contract terms.
  • Study and recommend existing commercial engagements with customers and suggest new commercial structures for contract renewal/extensions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to process guidelines.
