About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to drive our sales team's growth and development. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional looking to take their career to the next level.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maximize sales team potential by crafting and implementing effective sales plans that meet or exceed targets.
  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and maintain a strong market presence.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Buid long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A degree in business administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise, with the ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Compensation Package:
