We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at LifeMagic Group in Navi Mumbai. As a Business Growth Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and improve market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term business collaborations
  • Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Develop and manage business development budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning
  • Monitor and report on business development performance and client engagement metrics to inform strategic decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI, B2B Sales, Client Relationship, Business Operations, Design, and Service to remain competitive

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and identifying new opportunities
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI solutions, B2B Sales, Client Relationships, Business, Design, and Service principles and best practices
  • Experience with sales automation tools and digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact effectively with clients
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with experience working with senior executives
