Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Sales Director for a full-time position based in Delhi, Nangloi Jat, Bahadurgarh, Rohini, and New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in sales management roles, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and team success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
  • Lead and supervise the sales team, ensuring high-performance levels are maintained consistently.
  • Manage customer accounts to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Forecast and track sales goals, refining approaches as necessary to meet targets.
  • Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to inform sales strategy adjustments.
  • Deliver excellent product presentations and services to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Prepare timely sales reports and communicate results to senior management for review and decision-making.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
