Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities in the designated catchment territory and develop strategies to increase revenue growth.
  • Maintain operational standards and customer experience expectations at retail outlets within the catchment territory.
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve acquisition and revenue targets, focusing on both inbound and outbound channels.
  • Ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction at all company-operated points within a designated centre.
  • Drive growth and excellence at preferred outlets in the territory, leveraging expertise and best practices.
  • Maintain world-class customer experience at company points, addressing concerns and providing solutions promptly.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of hygiene and governance at company points, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Lead team productivity, monitoring and evaluating individual and team performance regularly.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members and channel partners, enhancing their skills and knowledge to drive success.
