Job Title:

Senior Growth Marketing Manager - Rural Expansion

The role involves designing and implementing data-driven growth strategies to expand our presence in rural India. It requires a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this market, as well as the ability to develop creative solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify areas of opportunity and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of growth initiatives.
  • Measure and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in growth marketing, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our approach.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with growth marketing tools, including Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns, with a focus on measuring and optimizing performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
