Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Support Executive to join our team at Microscan Infocommtech Pvt Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for CRM systems and helpdesk software
  • Maintain data integrity and perform data migrations
  • Configure and test broadband plans
  • Offer user support for periodic invoicing, backend transactions, and payment gateway integrations
  • Manage end-user authorizations and provide training
  • Administer bulk SMS and email communications
  • Test new system developments and integrate third-party systems
  • Prepare compliance reports and commission calculations
  • Generate sales reports and billing for retail customers
