
Strategic HR Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources and Administration Manager to lead our HR strategy and oversee administrative functions across various operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement HR Policies: Create, implement, and maintain effective HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with organisational goals.
- Recruitment and Talent Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and implement strategies for talent retention and succession planning.
- Payroll Processing and Compliance: Oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee benefits, and performance management.
- Employee Engagement and Training: Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- General Administration: Supervise general administration functions, including facilities management, vendor management, and office services.
- HR Data Analysis: Provide data-driven insights and reports to support management decision-making.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in manufacturing, export, or real estate sectors.
- Skills and Qualifications: Sound knowledge of labour laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
