Job Overview

As a senior-level HR and administrative professional, we are seeking an individual to lead our human resources and office administration functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance, as well as experience in payroll management, attendance systems, and HR software tools.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily office operations, including facilities maintenance, cleanliness, security, supplies, internet, and IT systems.
  • Managing travel and transportation arrangements for employees and guests.
  • Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including PF, ESIC, and labor laws.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in HR & Admin roles, preferably in manufacturing, railways, automotive, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRMS tools.
