We are seeking a dedicated HR professional to join our team and support the Human Resources department in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Select, screen and coordinate interviews for job openings.
    • Maintain accurate records of employee pre-joining documentation and background verification.
    • Develop onboarding programs and facilitate induction of new employees.
  • Employee Records & Compliance:
    • Manage employee records, attendance and HR databases with precision.
    • Support payroll preparation with accurate leave and attendance data.
    • E nsure adherence to statutory laws and company policies.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations:
    • Organize engagement activities and events to boost morale.
    • Provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures to employees.
    • Foster a positive and professional work culture through regular interactions.
  • Performance Management & Training:
    • Assist in performance appraisal processes to enhance employee growth.
    • Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain records of training provided.
    • Support employee development initiatives through workshops and coaching.
  • General HR Support:
    • Draft HR letters (offer, confirmation, transfer, exit, etc.).
    • Coordinate exit formalities including clearance and final NOC.
    • Prepare HR reports for management decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
