**Job Opportunity:**

  • Achieve seamless day-to-day operations in the HR department by maintaining and updating employee records and databases.
  • Efficiently organize, manage and maintain HR documents, contracts, reimbursements and personnel files (both physical and digital).
  • Support the preparation of HR-related documents to ensure timely completion and submission.
  • Ensure accuracy and up-to-dateness of HR trackers for leaves and attendance.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team on a daily basis and assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Contribute to compliance and audit preparation activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with general office duties including data entry, filing, scanning and document organization.
  • Maintain accurate and efficient physical and digital filing systems.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations and spreadsheets to meet business needs.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory to ensure minimal disruptions.
  • Coordinate and support internal events and meetings to promote effective communication.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information is crucial.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is required.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is desired.
