Unit HR Head Job Overview

Drive business success by implementing strategic HR initiatives and fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, ensuring continuous communication and open dialogue.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate HR team to establish the Continuous Performance Management System, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Identify high-potential employees at the unit and ensure they participate in Talent Development Centre programs in collaboration with the Corporate HR team.
  • Work with the Corporate HR team to enhance employee participation in Individual Development Plans (IDPs) at the units.
  • Develop and execute recognition and reward programs for high-performing employees.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts for the unit, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Establish strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee onboarding and integration processes for new hires.
  • Identify training needs within the unit and conduct training programs in collaboration with the corporate Learning & Development team.
  • Lead and mentor the unit HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree + MBA in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in HRBP roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
