As a key leader in India, you will shape the future of our organization as the new Head of Human Resources.

Role Overview

This is a pivotal leadership position based in Mumbai, reporting directly to the Regional P&C Head for Asia-Pacific. You will be part of a dynamic and high-performing team, collaborating closely with business leaders to drive ambitious growth plans in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive human capital strategies aligned with our organization's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of HR professionals, acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, fostering a high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
  • Champion employee engagement, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment that empowers our people to thrive.
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance and support.
  • Provide strategic leadership and effective management to the Human Resources team in India.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a multinational organization.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
