Lead HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement comprehensive people strategies that drive business results.
  • Design and deliver programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and development, including succession planning and talent management initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the organization.
  • Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize HR program effectiveness.
  • Drive performance management processes that promote accountability, recognition, and growth opportunities.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a workplace culture that values and respects all individuals.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a leadership or advisory capacity.
  • Proven success in implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Strong expertise in talent development, organizational design, and change management.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted advisor relationships.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on employee advocacy and empowerment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and HR analytics tools.
