Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement comprehensive people strategies that drive business results.

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the organization.
- Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize HR program effectiveness.
- Drive performance management processes that promote accountability, recognition, and growth opportunities.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a workplace culture that values and respects all individuals.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a leadership or advisory capacity.
- Proven success in implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.
- Strong expertise in talent development, organizational design, and change management.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted advisor relationships.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on employee advocacy and empowerment.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and HR analytics tools.
