Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives and fostering a positive employee experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Talent Development & Management

You will manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management and succession planning. This includes developing and implementing talent development programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Employee Relations & Engagement

You will serve as an employee champion, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and implementing initiatives to boost engagement and create a positive workplace culture.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making

You will utilize data and analytics to monitor HR and business performance, identifying areas for improvement and supporting data-driven decision-making.

  • Change Management & Compliance

You will support leadership in managing organizational change, develop communication strategies between management and employees, and ensure adherence to all employment laws and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, with 15 to 20 years of experience in handling entire gamut of Human Resources.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and address business challenges.
  • Proficiency with HR management systems and data analysis tools.
