Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee HR service delivery processes ensuring efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction.

This is a key role within our organization, requiring a seasoned expert in HR operations, process optimization, and employee services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end HR service delivery processes including onboarding, employee data management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Manage and optimize HR service platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow).
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
  • Analyze service metrics and prepare reports on SLA adherence, case resolution, and employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with business partners, COEs, and leadership to align HR service delivery with organizational goals.
  • Provide training and mentorship to new hires and graduate trainees on HR processes, systems, and compliance.
