Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to oversee all aspects of HR operations.
This role involves managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee development. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, and proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the hiring process, and onboard new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance management processes to measure employee success, provide feedback, and support growth and development.
- Employee Engagement and Retention: Foster a positive workplace culture by developing and implementing initiatives to engage and retain employees.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field: Required.
- Labor Laws and HR Best Practices: Strong knowledge required.
- Interpersonal and Conflict-Resolution Skills: Excellent skills required.
- HRIS Systems and Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in using these systems.
