The role of an Organisational Development Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for executing the performance management process.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement employee engagement programs that align with business goals
- Consult with management to identify business processes and improve efficiency through effective workflows
- Evaluate business initiatives to determine suitable programs that meet organisational objectives
- Develop data analysis methodologies and management reporting tools to inform strategic decisions
- Implement strategic planning methods to drive business growth and improvement
- Identify data collection tools and benchmarks to measure performance and progress
- Implement organisational effectiveness interventions to drive change and innovation
- Develop competency models to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Create team building exercises and workshops to foster collaboration and teamwork
- Help employees create project timelines and deadlines to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop performance metrics that align with organisational goals and objectives
- Create definitions of desired individual or group performance to support career development
- Ensure manpower availability meets business needs and requirements
- Plan and manage optimal manpower plans and finalise talent acquisition strategies
- Drive the recruitment strategy of the organisation at all levels, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent
- Review roles and grade structure regularly to ensure alignment with business needs and objectives
- Create service level agreements and integrating mechanisms to drive inter-departmental coordination and communication
- Oversee training and development needs of the organisation to support employee growth and success
- Support in articulating the compensation philosophy through C&B surveys and industry practices
- Design a compensation structure in line with industry practices and organisational requirements to attract and retain top talent
We are seeking an experienced HR professional with:
- MBA/MSW – HR from a reputable institute with 10 years of related experience in retail, service, and manufacturing sectors
- Strong governance and business case development skills
- Ability to develop advanced workforce planning capabilities
- Experience in implementing effective HR philosophies
- Skills in reducing administrative work for HR business partners
- Ability to design flexible HR organisation structures
