
HR Business Partner

Our organization seeks a strategic HR Business Partner to lead our warehouse operations.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing blue-collar workforces, driving employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact at the warehouse site.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Manage attendance, absenteeism, and shift scheduling in coordination with operations.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for frontline staff.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment).
- Maintain and update HR records, documentation, and MIS reports.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and streamline HR policies and practices.
- Ensure smooth HR operations across rotational shifts and multiple workforce levels.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of overall HR experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing setups.
- Proven experience in managing a blue-collar workforce.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in regional languages preferred for effective employee communication.
- Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and travel across warehouse locations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools.
