Job Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Strategic HR Leader to spearhead our human resources initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving compliance, employee engagement, and effective talent management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to statutory labor laws and Factory Act provisions
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to boost productivity and morale
  • Manage grievances through structured processes
  • Collaborate with functional heads to drive recruitment and manpower planning
  • Lead onboarding, training, and development programs to align with business needs
  • Drive performance management processes, including timely appraisals and feedback
  • Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring data confidentiality and integrity
  • Oversee plant administration, including transport, travel, office management, and facility management
  • Serve as a strategic partner in plant operations, change management, and project completion
  • Work with regional and corporate HR teams to implement policies, systems, and best practices
  • Supervise security services and CSR activities at the plant

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in HR/IR/Personnel Management (MBA/MSW/PGDM or equivalent)
  • 3-7 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing/plant HR
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory act provisions, and industrial relations
  • Demonstrated experience in statutory compliance and contract workforce management
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive change
  • Crisis management and problem-solving ability
  • High integrity, resilience, and business acumen
