HR Role

Support the HR team in various activities including recruitment, onboarding, data management, performance management, employee engagement, and other initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define staffing needs with school leaders and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with senior managers to develop proactive recruitment plans and oversee end-to-end hiring processes.
  • Track recruitment metrics for hiring quality and process efficiency.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR operations for Nagpur schools, including payroll coordination, exit formalities, and related documentation.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with applicable laws for charitable organizations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in relevant work experience in HR roles.
  • Proven experience in hiring and HR data management.
  • Experience of working in development and non-profit sectors preferred.
