Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Alliance Manager to join our team and drive joint business growth with strategic partners in the Microsoft ecosystem.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including Global System Integrators (GSIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners to create scalable programs that drive co-selling opportunities and accelerate demand generation.

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of partner programs, from planning to launch, ensuring all touchpoints are optimized for higher engagement and conversion.

  • Actively engage with the broader partner ecosystem, identifying new opportunities and synergies to expand clients' reach and impact.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of alliance programs, using data to derive insights, report on key metrics, and continuously improve GTM tactics.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of partner initiatives with client objectives.

Requirements
  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in alliance management, channel sales, or a related role within the B2B technology or SaaS industry.

  • Partner Ecosystem Expertise: Proven experience working with major technology partners, with deep knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem.

  • Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills. Must be adept at strategic planning, project management, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Mindset: An outcome-oriented and go-getter mindset is essential. Must be a problem-solver who takes complete responsibility for work and its outcomes, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
