Job Title: Strategic Partnership Development Manager
\The primary goal of this role is to forge and maintain strategic partnerships with financial institutions, such as banks and NBFCs, to expand business capabilities.
\Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate potential partners based on their strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with our business objectives.\
- Determine alignment of partner business objectives with our company objectives and assess risks associated with forming partnerships.\
- Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with partner banks and financial institutions.\
- Negotiate agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions that align with our company's strategic objectives.\
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including product, legal, and compliance teams, to ensure partnerships meet regulatory requirements and align with our company's business goals.\

- A graduate or postgraduate degree with 3-7 years of relevant work experience in the Financial Services sector.\
- A proven history of driving growth by leveraging data to identify and prioritize opportunities.\
