
College Partnerships Development Manager

This role is an opportunity to lead our college partnerships strategy across India, driving growth through strategic relationships and innovative solutions.
As a seasoned professional with a strong network within the higher education sector, you will be responsible for building, managing, and expanding partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and prospecting new partnerships with colleges, universities, and higher education institutions across India
- Developing deep relationships with principals, directors, trustees, heads of departments, and training & placement officers
- Designing customized partnership models to maximize value for partner institutions
- Negotiating and finalizing agreements with partner institutions
- Monitoring partnership performance using KPIs such as student enrollment, program completion rates, and placement outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in college/university partnership, institutional sales, or academic alliances
- Strong network within the higher education sector
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage high-value relationships and deliver business targets
